Sorry about the lack of an Issue 18 (The Possum Issue). It started out fine, then before I knew it, there was a part about a possum on the roof and satellite races out on 688, at that point I realized it was going to take forever to straighten it out, so I shelved it. I’ll look at it later, but I’m not sure I can save it.

One heck of a job by the crowd this week. It started out looking kind of grim, but ended up with a real nice vibe all evening. Good to see Chainsaw Sisters back at the table. Race Row looked good. Matt and Rob were back in from Iowa. Jim and Brenda were holding down the other side. Ken, Denise, Tina and another young woman were opposite Sonny with their backs to the bar. Half a table turned into six in the field level boxes to my left. Lyndsey had a couple at the Jukebox table, and I believe there were a couple in the Skyboxes.
