Greetings from Casa dos Gatos! Great night of Racing at the Three Kings tonite. The Brickyard Board comes out to celebrate the beginning of the Cup Formerly Known As Winston Season. Dave got in a batch of great looking Tee Shirts. They’re available at the Bar. Long sleeves are $15 and short sleeves are $10 (buy the sleeves and Dave throws in the shirt for free).
This is the fifth trip to Hoagland for the Amazing Racing Crabs and the crowd is starting to look more familiar. Civil Court Sarah (formerly TSA Sarah) is back, as well as her Sister Meg. Barb’s here, along with Bill and Ruth and another Sarah or two. The table’s been moved more toward the center of the room and it makes a nice layout with at least two levels of crowd all the way around the board.

So Number Four is having a little run. That’s two Firsts and two Seconds in the past five Races. The only blemish was a DNQ at Barney’s back at the end of December. It’ll be interesting to see if it continues. Crabs go Plus Two tonite, probably due to a few Do-Overs. The crowd is coming along pretty well, but Sonny had to go back and “review” some of the shtick. Like I always say, I like coming to the Three Kings. Good food and decent Racers.
The Racers come back to Hoagland on March the 7th. I’m afraid I’m scheduled to be away on business that evening, but I believe that Mrs. Sonny will be your Guest DJ for the evening. Pick ‘em at Seven Thirty, Race ‘em at Eight. Don’t miss it!
