Greetings from Casa dos Gatos. Good movie the other night. You’re right, John Cusack never fails to deliver. Been in Beck mode lately. Every once in a while I really get stuck on what I’m in the mood to listen to, so I’ve got a rule- if I don’t find something on the first run down the artists list, I hit Beck and shuffle. Guaranteed to hit the spot.
The Winter Driving Gods spare me on the drive to Crabsville, but I have a feeling they’re saving it back for the trip to The Lion King in Indy on Saturday night. We’ll see. The Football Board makes its debut in Hoagland, with a Holiday Kicker. No Sellout tonite, been a while since that’s happened. A good looking crowd nonetheless. A lot of the Regulars are with us, and quite a few are not. We do have Sara with no h, whom we’re always happy to see, and she is leading her usual crew of Racers (including the other Sara with no h, who kinda reminds me of my wife’s cousin, Sarah, with an h). No Pharts tonite, and they are sorely missed. Dave is making the drinks and signing the checks and Jill-Bob is on the floor, SERVING US ALL!!! I guess that just leaves two questions- where’s Barb, and ARE YOU READY FOR SOME-

Cold night on the south wall, as the Crabs post a Plus Five. Sara with no h comes thru again as #34 gets his second win in a row. Doug gets the Second Fastest Crab In The World to run Second. Who would have guessed. The Third Place Crab has the Shell that belonged to one of the greatest Crabs in history. #51 won 5 in a row (5 Corvettes in a row. six altogether) and 8 out of 9 back in April and May.
Just a thought as to why Sara does so well. Sara is an avid reader of CrabLine and her record bears that out. For those of you not reading CrabLine, well, I guess you’re probably not reading this so it follows that Sara should continue to kick ass in Hoagland. That’s where my money is.
